FAQ

What areas do you serve?
I'm based in the Kootenays and serve families throughout the Slocan Valley, Nelson, Castlegar, and the surrounding areas. If you're not sure whether I can reach you, please don't hesitate to reach out, I'm always happy to chat.
Who is this for?
This service is for mothers. New, seasoned, or somewhere in between, who are ready to receive help around their home. Whether you're navigating the tender early weeks of postpartum life, managing a busy household with young children, or simply feeling stretched too thin, you deserve support. If motherhood feels overwhelming right now, you're exactly who I had in mind.
Do I have to use all my hours at once?
Not at all. Your package hours are flexible and can be spread across multiple visits in whatever rhythm feels right for your family. Some mothers prefer a couple of longer visits each week; others like shorter, more frequent check-ins. We'll find what works best for you.

What does a typical visit look like?
Every visit is shaped around what you need most that day. It might look like a warm home to come back to after a difficult night — dishes done, laundry folded, counters wiped down. Or it might mean a pot of nourishing soup on the stove, your dog walked and settled, and you finally getting an hour to rest. I show up ready to help, and we go from there
Are you comfortable around pets?
Very much so. I bring nine years of small-scale farming experience with me, and caring for animals is something I genuinely love. Walking, feeding, and simply tending to the other loved ones in your home is part of what I offer — so your pets stay happy and connected too.
How do I get started?
Just reach out. You can call or text at 250-202-2797, send an email to kootenays.sacred.support@protonmail.com, or fill out the contact form on this page. There's no commitment required — just a conversation to see whether we're a good fit. I'd love to hear from you.

Do you have experince with newborns and postpartum recovery?
Yes. I've supported families through the postpartum season and I understand what that time truly asks of a mother - physically, emotionally, and practically. My role isn't to tell you how to parent; it's to take care of the home so you can take care of yourself and your baby.
Can I give a package as a gift?
Absolutely, and honestly, it's one of the most meaningful gifts you can offer a new mother. A care package says, 'I see how hard you're working, and I want to ease that load.' If you'd like to gift a package to someone you love, simply reach out with which package you would like to gift. You'll then recieve a digital card to pass along.
